She showed up almost an hour late for her court date today, and Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi had a rough time in front of the judge.Following her tardy arrival, the “Jersey Shore” babe was given a chance to make her own statement in which she apologized to anyone involved and reiterated that her drunken disorderly conduct on July 30th was out of character.

From there, the judge took her to task, questioning how much of Snooki’s behavior was scripted and how much was genuine. He added that she needed to decide “if it was worth trading your dignity for a paycheck.”After calling Nicole a “Lindsay Lohan wannabe,” he opted to forgo the maximum 90-day jail sentence and rather gave her 2 days of community service and a $533 fine.
