Stepping out to tend to her retail needs, Britney Spears was spotted out shopping with her entourage at the Westfield Mall in Woodland Hills, CA on Tuesday.Imbibing on the retail romp after visiting her lawyer, the "Womanizer" singer looked in good spirits as she made her exit donning a brand new outfit.
