“American Idol” winner Fantasia Barrino was reportedly rushed to a hospital on Monday for a “medication overdose.”Sources tell WCNC doctors do not believe Barrino’s condition was life-threatening.It is not clear whether the overdose was accidental or intentional, nor is it known what medications may have been involved.

Barrino was reportedly admitted to Carolinas Medical Center-Pineville just before 9:00 pm.The singer recently became entangled in an infidelity scandal with sex tape allegations, but has denied being responsible for the marriage’s end.
