Having recently rekindled their marriage, Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag were lovey dovey during a beachside outing in Malibu, CA on Thursday.The former "Hills" stars looked happier than ever as they watched the sun go down while eating s'mores and burning their divorce papers.
