Kelly Preston showed off her baby bump for the first time today as she joined her husband John Travolta in South Africa.47-year-old Kelly looked glowing as she met impoverished youngsters at the Nelson Mandela Children's Fund headquarters in Johannesburg.Kelly and and hubby John Travolta, 56, announced they were expecting their third child together over three weeks ago.The couple have a 10-year-old daughter, Ella Bleu. In 2009, their 16-year-old son Jett tragically died of a seizure.
